🙌 The role

Learnerbly is looking for a Head of Marketing to help drive our growth as we continue to scale. Reporting into Jonny Day, our COO, we'll need you to act as the external voice for our product through branding, comms and social media to both existing and potential clients.

You are passionate about humanizing data and find inspiration in crafting a meaningful storytelling strategy that resonates with clients. We're looking for someone who is passionate about research, who can turn ideas into actionable, impactful campaigns across multiple different mediums that drive results. You are particular about positioning, messaging and go to market strategy and you understand and value the alignment required within a revenue operations function.

Working closely with our commercial teams you will love collaboration (because we really do 🙂) and bring a customer first mindset when working with them. You're not phased by changing priorities and focus, you know how to adapt quickly and use your experience, data and business intelligence to course correct. You have a keen eye for growth marketing and are well versed in experimentation and a hypothesis driven approach to growth and scalability.

Joining at this early stage will give you a role with huge autonomy as you act as a guiding light for our marketing, brand and communication within Learnerbly. Identifying opportunities as they appear, you will be able to adapt to drive them through successfully. With the support of the rest of Learnerbly, we will be looking to you to build a high performing Marketing team that will set us up for success as we continue to scale.

What you'll be getting up to:

  • Leading, motivating, coaching and growing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Defining and managing the marketing vision, strategy, positioning, proposition, comms and budget. (In the UK and U.S.)
  • Developing our marketing communications, digital PR and SEO strategies, as well as overall branding, digital footprint and image.
  • Work very closely with the revenue operations team to build opportunities across two pipelines. (Sales, Customer Success, Data, Partnerships and Product).
  • Research demand for our products and services. Helping to guide market segmentation, flywheel effects, ICP and persona development.
  • Build structure and design the team to deliver demand gen, growth and product marketing and the brand.

This role will be a great fit if:

  • You have proven experience building an international (B2B/B2C)SaaS business from Series A+ into an established and trusted brand. You have a 'customer first' mindset and the intuition to understand our customers needs and aspirations.
  • You have led best-in-class marketing teams, have designed strategic roadmaps, can prioritise them based on impact and outcomes, and you have consistently overachieved your quantified objectives.
  • You have experience overseeing product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation.
  • You're comfortable recruiting, coaching and line managing a team of multi-disciplined marketers.
  • You're collaborative and understand the principles of revenue operations alignment and how they drive closed won success.
  • You're great at building PR comms and telling stories through our magician archetype and you work tirelessly to improve our messaging and positioning as we scale.
  • You're an experienced project manager and copywriter. You probably love lists, are highly organised and passionate about known and alternative approaches to increasing market share.
