We're a growing team of 50+ and over the last few years we've built a SaaS-enabled learning marketplace curated from 200+ of the best learning providers.

🙌 The role

Product at Learnerbly

At Learnerbly, our Product Teams are empowered to solve problems and create products our customers love.

Practically, that means Designers are working collaboratively with Product Managers and Engineers to own a problem and go through the end-to-end development cycle of discovery and delivery. Senior Execs or Product Managers do not tell Designers and Engineers what to build. Sorry, no Feature Teams here (not sorry!)

As you can imagine, learning is at our core so our teams are always supported with the strategic context, coached to succeed, and are constantly iterating on processes to improve. We ♥️ feedback here.

We have a small (but mighty💪) team and we are looking to rapidly scale up to meet the demands of our customers.

We are looking for a Product Designer to join us where you'll play an integral role not only in building our product but also in our culture and team.

What you'll be getting up to:
  • Designing a learning platform that is beautiful and easy to use, owning the usability aspect of the product.
  • Work across the design spectrum from ideation, testing prototypes to interaction design and crafting the finer details. You'll use the fidelity and method for the problem at hand to progress complex ideas into a simple, easy-to-use product.
  • Tackling fuzzier problems to the more defined, you'll guide each feature from beginning to end, in collaboration with Engineers, Product Managers, as well as other Designers.
  • Developing empathy and compassion for the end-user but also appreciation of other stakeholders in order to deliver a holistic solution that solves the problem for the end-user that works for the company.
  • Shape and elevate user experience and design at Learnerbly by collaborating with the team to raise the quality and build on Learnerbly's design principles, processes, and systems.
This role will be a great fit if
  • You have experience designing digital products and services, B2B experience is a plus.
  • You love working cross-functionally in a multi-disciplinary Product Team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You are obsessed with solving hard problems with simple, minimal solutions.
  • You believe that great communication and collaboration are an essential part of a Designer's toolkit, and always want to better these practices for yourself.
  • You are comfortable working across the full, end-to-end design lifecycle including UX, UI and Visual Design.
  • You have experience with tools like Figma, Miro and other modern design tools.
  • You want to help us put a dent in the universe.

  • You want a freelance gig
